Read Me First

You must be a computer retailer, Independent Computer Technician or VAR to qualify for a Dinamax, Inc. customer account. If your business belongs to any one of these categories read the Dinamax, Inc. Customer Account Policy and, if you agree with the policy, print and complete the application, and fax it to us with the documents specified on the application. Remember to sign the application before faxing it to us. The fax number is printed on the application.

Dinamax, Inc. reserves the right to open a new customer account. All of the information submitted by the applicant in our New Account Application is subject to investigation and all applicants must agree to our policy before submitting the New Account Application to us.
